Edmund Rice Camps for Kids WA is pleased to announce that longstanding team member and leader alum Meg Huitema has been appointed as our interim Chief Executive Officer.
Meg has an enduring association with the Edmund Rice community and has been our Manager Community Engagement since 2013. She has a range of experience in community and stakeholder engagement, policy, strategy and financial management. She also has over 20 years of experience working with children, having started her journey with us as a volunteer leader in 2003.
Says ERCKWA Board Chair Tony Manso, “Meg is an exceptional individual and we have the utmost confidence in her ability to take the helm during this transitional period. We of course sincerely thank her for taking on this role. Having Meg available allows us to take a more considered and measured approach to finding a permanent replacement, without the need to rush a decision.”
The ERCKWA Board will be advertising the CEO position and welcomes applications from our wider network and beyond.
