ERCKWA Gala Ball PROM NIGHT

*** IMPORTANT UPDATE ***
Dear Eddie Rice Supporters
Many thanks again for supporting the Edmund Rice Camps for
Kids WA (ERCKWA) Gala Ball Prom Night. Due to recent developments and in
response to some concerns raised by our network regarding quarantine
accommodation at The Hyatt (our original Ball venue) ERCKWA have made the
decision to change venues for this event. We will no longer be at the
Hyatt Regency Perth, our new venue is Optus Stadium – River View Room.
It was with sincere regret that we made the decision to
change our venue, especially given the excellent service and experience that we
have enjoyed at the Hyatt for our last two Gala events. However, the safety and
comfort of our guests must naturally come first and so we have sourced and
secured what I am sure you will agree is a most excellent alternative for this
year’s Ball?
We hope this decision has not impacted on your plans to
attend this event as we are confident Optus Stadium is a fabulous alternative.
However, if after reading this update you no longer wish to attend the ERCKWA
Gala Ball, and have already purchased a ticket, then we will offer a full
refund for that purchase. Please contact Nicole Mancini nmancini@edmundrice.org by Friday 27
February to cancel your ticket and arrange for your refund.
